Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Meals28, all meals are freshly prepared on order.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

a) One-Time Orders

  • One-time orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
  • No cancellation or refund is permitted for one-time orders under any circumstances.

b) Subscription/Package/ Meal Plans

  • Package plans can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
  • Requests made after this cutoff will apply from the next delivery cycle.
  • No refund will be provided for meals already prepared or delivered.
  • Remaining meals will be refunded after removing any discounts applied during the purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Meal not delivered
  • Incorrect meal delivered
  • Food spoiled or unfit for consumption

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery,
along with clear photo evidence where applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • One-time orders once placed
  • Change of mind or taste preferences
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • Partial consumption of food
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or society restrictions

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
